We use hydrating cucumber, anti-inflammatory ginger and turmeric, nutrient-dense chard, digestive enzyme containing pineapple, energizing green apple, and electrolyte-rich celery in this delicious, alkalizing juice. We also add herbs like mint, cilantro, and/or parsley for added detoxifying and antioxidant benefits.

We always make enough juice for 2 days.
Some people have expressed concern that refrigerating juice for a day depletes the nutrients. That might be true, but time and other responsibilities are also real. If making juice for the next day guarantees you’ll have one every day, a juice made yesterday has way more nutrients and benefits than having no juice at all!
See what works for you. If you have time to make juice every day, that’s fantastic! If making enough for today and tomorrow makes it easier on your life, a miniscule amount of nutrient depletion is totally worth it.
Ingredients (makes about 64 oz):
2 cucumbers
1 bunch chard
1 bunch celery
1 green apple
1 cup pineapple
2 lemons
3 – 4 finger sized turmeric roots
½” piece of ginger root
1 bunch of herbs like mint, cilantro, parsley, or anything you like
Method:
Run everything through a juicer and strain into a large Mason jar.
