Ingredients:
2 cups water
8 medjool dates (pitted)
1 banana
¼ cup Almonds
¼ cup raw cacao
1 Tbsp flax seeds
1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 Tbsp sunflower seeds
2 cups frozen berries and/or cherries
Method:
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
